Update: Journey to Wudang program starts March 28, 2026 — see below for details 𖥸

WWAM is a not-for-profit association that aims to promote all things Wudang Tai Chi in Australia.

We support members to

learn about the background to the Wudang form of Tai Chi
study contemporary forms
maintain learning and teaching relationships with colleagues in China and,
compete in China

In 2025, under the auspices of Master Bing, our team competed very successfully in the International Fellowship Competition in Wudang, while enjoying specialised training and some sightseeing in China.

In October 2026 WWAM will again field a team to travel and compete in Wudang. WWAM will support members through the Journey to Wudang program which provides both Tai Chi training alongside competition and travel tips, and cross-cultural awareness sessions to ensure the trip of a lifetime! Open to both competitors and “fellow travellers”!
